Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, please review our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns Shipping 

Returns must be requested within 21 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resaleable condition.

  • Any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All returned items must be sent using a tracked shipping service and a valid tracking number must be provided to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed during the return process.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Order details

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

We reserve the right to request the faulty item to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and professional safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • Lash lift solutions

  • Cosmetic liquids or creams

  • Professional beauty products

  • Any hygiene-sensitive items

  • Courses

Training Course Policy

All training course bookings are non-refundable.

Due to limited class availability and preparation costs, once a course place has been secured, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

However, we may allow one rescheduling request if notice is given at least 7 days before the course date.

Rescheduled bookings must be used within the valid period specified by the training provider.

Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in the loss of the booking.
