Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Lash lift solutions, serums, creams, balms, or liquids that have been opened or tested

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A faulty product

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• Packaging photos if applicable

4. Courses, Training & Digital Products

All course bookings, deposits, online materials, downloadable files, and digital products are non-refundable.

Training deposits secure your space and preparation materials; therefore they cannot be refunded once booked.

If you cannot attend:

• One reschedule may be offered with sufficient notice

• Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the booking fee

5. Return Eligibility (Unopened Products Only)

We may accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is completely unused

• Original packaging remains sealed and intact

• The item is approved by our team before return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
